All Purchases Go Through the Microsoft Store
Every MultiMessenger Premium purchase — subscriptions and the one-time Lifetime license alike — is made and billed exclusively through the Microsoft Store. Because Microsoft, not us, processes the transaction, we cannot see, refund, or restore Store purchases ourselves.
If you purchased Premium through our web checkout in an earlier version of MultiMessenger (a legacy account), that purchase follows the checkout provider's refund and cancellation terms instead — contact support and we'll help you either way.
Requesting a Refund or Cancelling
To request a refund or cancel a subscription, sign in at account.microsoft.com → Order history, find your MultiMessenger purchase, and choose Request a refund or Cancel subscription. Refund eligibility is governed by Microsoft's refund policy; consumers in the EU may also have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, which can lapse once you start using the digital content.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges — you keep Premium features until the end of the current billing period.
After a Refund
Once Microsoft processes a refund, your Premium license is deactivated and the app returns to the free tier. Your accounts and local data remain untouched — you can keep using MultiMessenger for free with up to 2 active accounts.
