In-app help
Open Settings → Help & Support in MultiMessenger — includes diagnostics that speed things up.

Before you write…

The most common answers are below — many more (adding accounts, notifications, calls, refunds…) live in the Help Center.

A messenger won't sign in
Remove the account from the sidebar and add it again — this resets its isolated session. On WhatsApp, that means re-scanning the QR code with your phone. If your provider uses 2FA, keep the phone nearby.
Notifications stopped working
Check Windows Settings → Notifications → MultiMessenger is allowed, and that Focus Assist isn't silencing them.
Calls have no sound or camera
Allow microphone and camera access in the Windows permission prompt the first time you take a call. If you dismissed it, check Windows Settings → Privacy & security → Camera / Microphone and make sure desktop apps are allowed to use them.
I bought Premium but it shows Free
Sign in to Windows with the same Microsoft account you bought with, then fully quit MultiMessenger (tray icon → Quit) and start it again — the license is checked on this PC on every launch. Step-by-step guide.
I want a refund
All MultiMessenger purchases are made through the Microsoft Store, so refunds and subscription cancellations are handled by Microsoft — request one via your Order history. We have no record of Store purchases and cannot refund or restore them ourselves. Details in the Refund policy.
