Terms of Service

By using MultiMessenger, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the application, and by using it, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the app.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of MultiMessenger (“MultiMessenger”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), provided by:

By downloading, accessing, or using MultiMessenger, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

MultiMessenger is designed to allow users to securely access and manage multiple web-based messaging accounts — such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and other supported services — in a single environment. By maintaining separate, isolated sessions per account, the app ensures the privacy of individual accounts.

Our free tier supports up to 2 active accounts. Premium removes this limit and unlocks unlimited accounts, along with additional functionality.

Subscription Plans and Lifetime License

Subscription Plans (Recurring)

MultiMessenger may be offered under one or more subscription plans (for example, 6-month or yearly plans). When you purchase a subscription:

• Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Billing: All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft, not us, charges the applicable fee to your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Microsoft account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to subscription features until that time.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. If required by law, we will notify you in advance. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

Subscription plans unlock features such as (non-exhaustive list): unlimited accounts, the full AI assistant, and removal of promotional banners. Available features may change over time as the service evolves.

Lifetime License (One-Time Purchase)

MultiMessenger may also be offered as a lifetime license, which is a one-time purchase made through the Microsoft Store. A lifetime license grants you the right to use the purchased version of MultiMessenger and the lifetime-included features for an indefinite period, subject to these Terms.

• Not a subscription: A lifetime license does not include recurring payments and does not renew automatically.
• Feature scope: The lifetime license includes only the features explicitly stated as part of the lifetime offering at the time of purchase.
• Excluded features: Certain features may not be included in the lifetime license, including but not limited to subscription-only features introduced after your purchase, such as expanded AI assistant capabilities.
• No guarantee of future features: New features introduced after your purchase may require an active subscription, even if they are related to existing functionality.

Minimum guaranteed availability

We guarantee that lifetime-included features will remain available for at least two (2) years from the date of purchase. After this period, we may continue to operate the service at our discretion, but do not guarantee indefinite availability.

Use of AI Assistant Features

MultiMessenger may include an optional AI assistant (e.g. reply suggestions, summarization, translation) to assist with content within your chats or other text. These features are provided for your convenience and are powered by third-party services. We disclaim liability for any financial or data losses arising from the use of these third-party services.

Payment, Billing and Cancellation

• Microsoft Store only: All purchases for MultiMessenger — including subscriptions and the Lifetime license — are made exclusively through the Microsoft Store. We do not process payments directly and never see your payment details.
• Billing and cancellation: Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Microsoft. Manage or cancel your subscription at account.microsoft.com under Order history.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Microsoft under Microsoft's own policies. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Disputes & Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through Microsoft, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access to any associated premium features. We may also terminate or suspend access at our sole discretion to prevent abuse of our services.

Trademarks

WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and the other messaging services accessible through MultiMessenger are trademarks of their respective owners (for example, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Telegram is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.). MultiMessenger is an independent, unofficial client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Third-Party Services

MultiMessenger works by loading the official web version of each messaging service inside its own isolated session — it is an independent client, not a replacement for these services. If a messaging service changes its website, discontinues its web version, or blocks third-party access, the corresponding functionality in MultiMessenger may stop working, temporarily or permanently. We do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or continued support of any particular third-party service.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We provide MultiMessenger on an “as-is” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted service or third-party integrations. We disclaim liability for any financial or data losses or damages resulting from the use of the app or third-party services accessed through it.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or policies. Any changes take effect when posted, and by continuing to use MultiMessenger, you accept the revised terms.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services if users violate these terms or misuse the app. In cases of severe violations, termination may occur without notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Czechia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Czechia.
